Palm Tree Lodge
Kosi Bay - Northern KwaZulu-Natal
Palm Tree Lodge is a holiday destination situated 1.3km from the Ezemvelo main gate and office where permits are obtained and boats are launched at 3rd Lake.
When the ocean calls it’s a 15 km drive to Kosi Bay mouth.
The lodge offers guests a comfortable and relaxing stay with a true feeling of the African bush nestled within tribal land with a tropical feeling created by the scattered coconut palms trees, flowers, palms and local fruit trees, which in turn host a variety of birds on the property.
Focused on family, the lodge offers ample entertainment for children, they can enjoy a huge playpark, a jungle gym, monkey bars, 2 trampolines, sandpits, seesaw, 2 swimming pools and a one-of-a-kind swing!
The entertainment center keeps the kids busy with ping pong, fooseball, pool and more, while the outdoor movie theater screen is perfect for movie nights with popcorn.
The Island pub, surrounded by a beautiful sparkling pool is where friends celebrate special events over an R&R, where the fishermen tell their stories, where folks can laugh over a beer while watching the rugby, where the parents can relax and laze at the pool while enjoying a well-deserved cocktail as the sun sets behind the palm trees!

The lodge accommodation ranges from private self-catering options to camp or caravan sites.
It is ideal for big groups, family gatherings, team building events and for overnight accommodation.
We offer a library for those who want to just take a book and read based on a return system.
The lodge is wheel chair friendly as well as small pet friendly (to call for more information prior as there are some regulations to be followed).

Utshwayelo Kosi Mouth Lodge and Camp

Utshwayelo Kosi Mouth Lodge and camp is situated 2.5 km from Kosi Bay Mouth.
The Lodge offers superb Kosi Bay accommodation and is just a stone’s throw from the pristine beach, where the blue waters of the Isimangaliso Wetland Park World heritage site flow into the Indian ocean at the mouth of the Kosi Bay estuary system near the Mozambique border.
It is community partnership project of skills sharing and a life of purpose.

In addition, activities on the spectacular lake and estuary system includes a three-lake boat cruise, kayak tours on the estuary, fish trap tour of the ancestral Tonga fish kraals, hiking and birding.
And when the day is done, unwind under the magnificent ancient Water berry trees next to the pool, or enjoy a sundowner at the fish trap bar and plan your adventure for the next day.

KingFisher Bush Lodge

Kingfisher Bush Lodge is situated close to the well-known Kosi Bay system which is one of the most beautiful and pristine lake systems on the African coast.
The Lodge opened its doors in May 2018 and has had many guests from all around the globe. It borders Isimangaliso Kosi Bay Reserve and is approximately 1.6km from third lake, Lake Nhlange.
The Lodge received 4 stars by the Tourism Grading Council of South South Africa (TGSA) in the Nature’s Lodge Category.
Kingfisher Bush Lodge offers self-catering and camping accommodation options.

Kosi Bay Casitas is situated 2.5 km from 3rd Lake and about 15km from Kosi Bay mouth which is the nearest beach.
The Lodge provides self-catering and camping accommodation options.
The 16 shady campsites are equipped with:

Explore the crystal-clear estuary and lakes of Kosi Bay on a pontoon boat, which includes a stop-over for swimming and snorkeling.
You can get to Kosi Bay Casitas in a normal car but you will need either a 4x4 or 4x2 vehicle with diff lock get to the surrounding lakes and beaches.

Lake View Bush Camp - Kosi Bay

Stunning entertainment area with a pub where you can enjoy a sundowner while watching a typical Kosi Bay sun set.

Kosi Mouth Flamingo Camp Site is situated 2.5 km from Kosi Bay Mouth and is easily accessible by a
normal car.
There are 7 spacious, private campsites (maximum 6 per site.)
Each campsite provides the following:

Shengeza Lake Lodge
Kosi Bay - Northern KwaZulu-Natal
Shengeza Lake Lodge is situated in North Eastern KwaZulu-Natal on the shores of Lake Shengeza, bordering Isimangaliso Wetland Park.
This Lodge is 20km from Banga Nek Beach and 30km from Black Rock Beach.
These pristine beaches offer, swimming, snorkelling, turtle tours and fishing.
Shengeza Lake Lodge is nestled in a canopy of indigenous trees and home of exquisite birdlife.
The Kosi Bay area provides habitat for approximately 300 species of birds which makes the area a birders paradise.
You will need either a 4x4 or 4x2 vehicle with diff lock to reach the Lodge
The Lodge offers self-catering accommodation and camping options.
Ideal to book out for a large group of friends and family or fishermen groups.
There are also 4 powered campsites with a communal kitchen and swimming pool for those who prefer camping.
Zilonde Camp
Kosi Bay - Northern KwaZulu-Natal
Zilonde Bush Camp is a rustic bush camp with private shaded campsites spread far apart.
Each campsite is under its own tree surrounded by grasslands and gently rolling hills.
There are electricity points close to each site, just remember your extension cord. The power is enough for fridges, lights, fans, and chargers, please bring gas for cooking and leave the electric kettles and hair dryers at home
There are also water points at central locations. The water is untreated borehole water but perfect for drinking.
Please bring your braai and braai grids.
There is a large thatched viewing deck with gorgeous views of Kosi Mouth Reserve and a perfect spot to end the day with a sundowner.
A short stroll to the Zilonde Lookout Point will spoil you with gorgeous views of Lake Zilonde and the bordering Isimangaliso Wetland Park.
Hot showers and flushing toilets are available at the ablution facilities and a number of cold bush showers.
Cool drinks, ice, and wood are available at reception.
This is a true bush experience and it is safe and secure.
The access road is beach sand so a 4x4 or 2x4 with diff-lock is needed to get there.
The camp is located 3 km from Utshwayelo Lodge & Camp and the entrance to the beach road.
Kosi Bay Lodge

Kosibay Lodge is situated within a lush forest, a unique holiday destination providing clients with the all-out Kosibay Bay experience.
